| College Centex is another of the triad of top tournaments organized by Cultimate. Only in the past few years has Centex emerged as one of the most competitive tournaments of the pre-Series season. The tournament corresponds to many team's spring breaks, which allows some teams to pair it with a retreat. As the tournament occurs less than a month before the UPA Series begins, teams are usually closer to their final strength than at most other tournaments, so it can be a good predictor of which teams will fare well at their respective Regionals and advance far into the brackets at the UPA College Championships. | |||
